SSC information

The Student Success Center (SSC) is a one-stop service point for all DEREE and ALBA students, and provides a range of services to support students' academic and administrative needs.

Here are some of the things you can do at the SSC:

  1. Receive assistance for your ACG platforms: If you need assistance with activating your student accounts or obtaining the necessary codes, the SSC staff can help you with that.
  2. Request information about the Army Deferral procedure.
  3. Request a Certificate related to your studies
  4. Drop a course: If you wish to drop a course, you need to contact SSC in order to guide you through the necessary steps.
  5. Academic requests: If you need to submit a petition for special considerations or requests related to your academic journey, the SSC can provide guidance and support in successfully submitting the petition.
  6. Change your major: If you're considering changing your major or minor field of study, the SSC can provide guidance on the process and help you understand the implications.
  7. Get your Student ID card: If you need to obtain or replace your student ID card, the SSC can assist you with that.
  8. Get information on how to bring a visitor onto campus or how to use the Campus Van.
  9. Lost & Found service: If you lost an item, you can pass by SSC and look for it.
  10. Request information on how to receive permission for the ACG Athletic Facilities
  11. Ask a question: If you have any general questions or need information about ACG, you can reach out to the SSC for assistance.

Inside the Student Success Center area, you may also find the Cashier, the Registrar’s Office, and the Academic Advising Office.

All students are welcomed and encouraged to stop in to find out more about how to take advantage of the services offered!

Application for Issuing a Certificate

You may submit a request to receive a confirmation of your enrollment and student status.

*The respective process requires 3 working days to be completed.

Medical Certificate for the Use of Athletic Facilities Form

In order to access to the athletic facilities, programs, and fitness classes, you should submit a health certificate by a Pathologist/General Doctor/Cardiologist and a Dermatologist. Their personal information and stamps should be either in English or Greek language.

The health certificates should be submitted annually at the beginning of the Academic Year, and will be valid September 1 through August 31. The health certificates that are signed by the doctor more than 3 months prior to the date of submission will not be accepted.

Visitor Entrance Permission Form

Students wishing to bring a visitor to the Aghia Paraskevi Campus must complete the online form, providing all necessary information.

Please keep in mind that you need to submit the Visitor Entrance Permission at least 24 hours before the visit.

*All visitors enter the Campus from the Main Gate.

Transportation Request Form

Students wishing to use the Campus Van must complete the online form, providing all necessary information and medical documentation. This accommodation is available only at the Aghia Paraskevi Campus.
